3|Sixty Secure Corp. is a leader in risk mitigation, security services and provides secured transportation services nationally, and has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager, Finance to join our team in the greater Ottawa region.

About the Role
As Senior Manager, Finance, you will be an integral member of the leadership team and will have direct oversight into the day-to-day of the organizations finance and administration areas. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Manager, Finance will actively participate in strategic planning and ensure strong financial management and controls systems are in place. You will oversee the finance team responsible for payroll, accounting and other duties.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Work closely with CFO in developing the strategic plan, annual plan, and budgets
• Ensuring sound financial and operational controls are in place to safeguard the organizations assets on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Leading the preparation of financial statements and managing the audit process
• Oversee the finance and administrative team who perform the daily functions of accounting and payroll
• Provide monthly operational reports for management
• Develop key metrics and communicate findings to senior leadership
• Business partner to the rest of the organizational groups
• Review account reconciliations
• Perform analytical review of Balance sheet and Income statement monthly
• Manage and support ad hoc projects

The Successful Candidate

• CPA, CA designation an asset
• 5+ years experience post qualification within finance and accounting functions,
• Significant experience in the application of IFRS financial reporting
• Strong understanding of internal controls over financial reporting
• Experience with start-ups and public companies an asset
• Well organized and able to be involved into the day-to-day activities
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent financial and business abilities, with demonstrative analytical abilities
